Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Failed deliveries due to incomplete customer information.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos, and the unboxing video.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Size Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size-related issues.

Please note:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with size exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping charges.
