Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Personal preferences

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Start before the package is opened.

  • Clearly show the package condition and shipping label.

  • Clearly show the product upon opening.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

After verification of the damage, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size-related issues.

Size Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange process, including:

  • Returning the original product to us.

  • Shipping the replacement product back to the customer.

The exchange will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer (refunds are not provided; only exchanges are available).

  • Requests made after the specified exchange period.

  • Damage claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.
